✈️🏝️
Stop guessing what Oahu actually costs. This budget planner was built for a real family scenario — 2 adults, a teen, an 8-year-old, and a toddler — with verified 2026 prices pulled from official sources: Hanauma Bay's reservation portal, Kualoa Ranch, Dole Plantation, Bishop Museum, and live Honolulu car-rental and airfare data. Every figure is labeled VERIFIED or ESTIMATE so you know exactly what's real.

WHAT'S INSIDE — 5 LINKED TABS:
✅ Summary — LOW / MID / HIGH grand totals ($5,234 / $8,190 / $12,531), plus automatic per-day and per-person figures
✅ Payment Timeline — the stress-killer: exactly what to book at T-90, T-60, and T-30 days, with a cash-flow column showing when money actually leaves your wallet (sample dates anchored to a real departure you can shift)
✅ Flights — round-trip fares for 5 travelers, including the lap-infant rule that saves ~$450 on a 2-year-old
✅ Lodging — 7-night split stay (Waikiki or Ko Olina + North Shore rental house) with resort/parking fees calculated
✅ Car Rental — minivan pricing by season, car-seat costs (and how to erase $168 by bringing your own)
✅ Activities — real ticket prices for Hanauma Bay, Kualoa Ranch, Dole Plantation, Bishop Museum, and the Polynesian Cultural Center, priced per family member
✅ Food — day-by-day dining budget matched to a 7-day itinerary, from plate lunches to sit-down dinners

WHY THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT: 🔄 100% live formulas — change any nightly rate, airfare, or ticket price and every total recalculates instantly
🔍 A built-in cross-check formula flags if your edits ever break the totals (✓ matches / ✗ mismatch)
📅 The Payment Timeline includes the #1 mistake families make: Hanauma Bay tickets release exactly 2 days ahead at 7:00 a.m. HST and sell out in minutes — the sheet tells you when and how
✏️ Every ESTIMATE line is marked in amber italics so you can swap in your own quotes
